Thanks to the nine people who have pledged on Kickstarter! This is just one of the areas I'm exploring for funding Daddy's Girl, the takeout food place I'm opening in Bowling Green, hopefully by April 1. My pledge drive on Kickstarter ends at the end of January.
Last week, I applied for an Employee ID # with the IRS and sent in the LLC application to the state of Ohio. Now, I'm working on a low-interest loan from the BG Economic Development folks. And keeping on my goal to raise about $20,000 from individuals through simple loans.
If you haven't read my first post, I want to provide a convenient place for folks to stop at on their way home from work to pick up a good dinner. Think lasagna, meatloaf, mac n cheese and other comfort foods and sides, all prepared fresh with as many local ingredients as possible.
